The total estimated fulfillment and delivery time is approximately two weeks from the date the order is placed. Actual delivery time may vary based on the destination, shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete, accurate, and deliverable.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
Costa Nativa is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to Costa Nativa because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be required to pay a non-refundable flat reshipping fee of $12.00 before the order is shipped again.
Costa Nativa is not responsible for lost packages, delivery delays, or other shipping issues caused by incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
5. Address Changes and Order Modifications
Customers should contact Costa Nativa as soon as possible if they need to request an address correction or order modification.
Address changes and order modifications are not guaranteed.
Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we may be unable to change:

Costa Nativa is not responsible for customer errors that cannot be corrected after production or shipment has begun.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Reshipment Fees

Approved returns and exchanges are subject to a flat return shipping fee of $12.00, unless the request is the result of a verified error made by Costa Nativa.
If Costa Nativa approves an exchange, replacement, or reshipment request for a customer-related reason, the customer may be required to pay a non-refundable flat shipping fee of $12.00 before the replacement or exchanged item is shipped.
Customer-related reasons may include:

Any applicable shipping fee may be collected by invoice before the package is reshipped.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or the return is caused by a verified error made by Costa Nativa.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect because of an error made by Costa Nativa, please contact us as soon as possible.
Customers may be required to provide:

Customers will not be charged the standard return or reshipping fee when the issue is confirmed to have been caused by Costa Nativa.
8. Made-to-Order Products
Many Costa Nativa products are produced on a made-to-order basis.
Once production has begun, an order may not be eligible for cancellation or modification.
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect because of an error made by Costa Nativa.

9. Size and Product Selection
Customers are responsible for reviewing all available product information before completing a purchase, including:

Costa Nativa is not responsible for customer ordering errors, including the selection of an incorrect size, color, product, design, quantity, or shipping address.
Product colors may appear slightly different depending on the customer’s screen, device settings, lighting, garment material, and garment-dye process.
Minor variations in color, texture, print placement, or distressed effects may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.
10. Carrier Delays and Events Beyond Our Control
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside Costa Nativa’s reasonable control.
These circumstances may include:

11. Lost or Stolen Packages
Costa Nativa is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier that are later reported as missing, lost, or stolen.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Costa Nativa may assist with providing available tracking or shipment information but cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for a package marked as delivered.

12. Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, not retrieved, or returned to sender for a reason not caused by Costa Nativa, the customer may be required to pay the applicable $12.00 flat reshipping fee before the order is shipped again.
