1. Return / Exchange Window
We have a 15-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
Requests submitted after the 15-day period may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Be unworn, unused, unwashed, and free from odors, stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear

Costa Nativa reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet these requirements.
3. Return Shipping Fee
A flat return shipping fee of $12.00 will apply to approved returns and exchanges.
Where applicable, this fee will be deducted from the customer’s refund. For exchanges, the customer may be required to pay the return shipping fee before the exchange is processed.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by Costa Nativa.
4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Made-to-order items, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error made by Costa Nativa

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without their original tags

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Costa Nativa reserves the right to request photographs, videos, packaging images, shipping labels, or other supporting documentation before approving a claim.
Claims involving damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.
7. Exchanges
To request an exchange, you must first submit a return or exchange request and receive approval from Costa Nativa.
Once the request has been approved, you may be able to:

Exchange the item for another available size or color, or

Return the original item and place a separate order for the replacement
Exchanges are subject to product availability. We cannot guarantee that the requested replacement item will remain available while the original item is in transit.
Costa Nativa reserves the right to determine the most appropriate exchange process on a case-by-case basis.
8. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, less the applicable $12.00 return shipping fee and any other non-refundable charges.
Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

9. Orders Returned Due to an Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If an order is returned to Costa Nativa because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
10. International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United States, delivery and return transit times may take longer than expected.
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable customs requirements and for paying any duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees unless otherwise stated by Costa Nativa.
International shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
